Who are we ?
Though the boutique opened its doors in November of 2006 we were in the corporate catering and lunch box business for many years prior to its opening. Inspired by a common vision to unite beauty and delicious and moved by a creativity that replenishes itself in the spontaneous, the location of our boutique in the heart of the Jean Talon market became an obvious choice!
Bertrand Milliner – President and founder
Amateur of a classic and hearty cuisine, this epicurean living in Quebec for the last 10 years remains loyal and deeply attached to his roots in the North of France. His refuge is the North Sea and for the last few generations of Milliner, that sea has been their means of livelihood. Bertrand has been working in the food industry for the last 20 years. A few months ago, he develops this idea of a boutique specialized in ready-to-eat meals – a boutique who encourages the art de vivre since that is principally what we offer – time for people who lack it! The idea is to make homemade style dishes, frozen, ready to eat and ready to savour. It’s his way to share with you what matters dearly to him – feeding well young and older alike. He is a man of authenticity and is quite unmatched in the warmth of his welcome.
