We are Gluten-free certified
Motivated by a way of cooking that proved to be completely new to us, and moved by the desire to answer the growing demand for gluten-free ready-to-eat meals, we got informed, we learned and we acquired a certification in order to present to you today a gluten-free line of products certified for less than 3 ppm (ELYSA test).
We work in partnership with the Quebec foundation for celiac disease (www.fqmc.org) in order to adhere to their very strict norms of gluten-free requirements. We submit to 2 tests per semester on randomly selected dishes in order to guarantee and preserve our gluten-free certification.
We will be able in the near future to offer you, in addition to the existing ready-to-eat meals and deserts, a choice of gluten-free dry goods.
